True happiness this way lies

| | Comments (23)

Couldn't stop singing this yesterday, alone in the server room it was fun trying to sing above the noise of the fans and the air conditioning. My cold and sore throat has given me a lovely husky voice and it sounded good, hearing my voice. I feel like it's been a long time since I have. Mind you, when I wasn't singing I was swearing at the bloody fibre switches and config. I should go down there more often, just for a bit of a shouting session.

I went swimming this morning. Beckenham is such a shithole that every man and his dog was in that bloody pool at 10am. On a Sunday. I mean who the hell goes swimming on a Sunday morning? Why aren't they shagging or something?

Yes, I am obsessed. That's three mentions in two days. I know. Give me a break, eh?

Hi. I define comfort as self-acceptance. When we finally learn that self-care begins and ends with ourselves, we no longer demand sustenance and happiness from others. Help me! Song records start to mop attraction in an  in hell. :o Thanks in advance. Rosine from Burma.

I've read a similar post on another website not too long ago but didn't really understand it. After reading your post I kind of see what they meant.

Lol this reminds me of that quote "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."

Hey, great blog...I'll add your site in my rss reader, if I can figure out how to get it to work...LOL :)

Everytime I visit your site, I find something new and interesting.

Good read! You need to get some social bookmarking buttons on your posts so that we can share stuff like this with the click of a button.
