Impressive service

Whilst playing with Delicious.Library over the weekend I managed to crash it.  Well, I accidentally asked it to open a window for every entry in the library (over 400 items) and when I couldn't stop what it was doing I force-quit the app.  It crashed a couple of times after that, but when I restarted the Mac I had no further problems.  Somewhere along the way a bug report was generated and was auto-emailed to DM.

I got an email this morning from one of their techies to ask me to let him know if the problem reoccurred as he hadn't seen that particular error before.  See, non software behemoths do great things like that.
