Out there, somewhere

Oh, I forgot, I'm not *that* type of landlady.

I had a message via Facebook last week from the lovely Elle, saying that a couple of her friends were looking for a new place to live in my area and was the house still available.

Said friends came over on Saturday and really liked the place, and after a bit of negotiating we have offered the tenancy to them and they have accepted! Hoorah! So in 3 weeks time they move in and I can start to try to get my finances back on track as I will have some income for the mortgage again.

However it does mean that we only have three weeks but I anticipate being able to get everything done that is needed to be done. Alas I have had to cancel meeting up with people who were going to the London Tattoo Convention which is a shame but can't be helped. Sorry guys! As soon as the house is let there's a bit more garden based things to do but then my weekends will again be my own. I cannot wait.

Oh and B&H council owe me 22 quid for overpaid council tax. Would have been nice to have a bit more but it's better than owing them money!
